The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to bookings@overtontravel.com
Cancellations submitted on or before April 30, 2025 will be refunded the amount paid less the deposit and a $100 administration fee.
Cancellations submitted after April 30, 2025 will forfeit all payments made and no refund will be provided.

The full amount of the trip cost is to be paid by the final payment date.
Several payment options are available - you can pay in full or pay in installments.
A late payment fee of $250 per person will be charged if payment in full is not received by the final due date listed on your invoice. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final payment due date.
Trips not paid by the final payment date are subject to cancellation and no refund will be provided.
All late payment requests must be approved by Overton Travel before the final payment date on your invoice.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate documents to travel. Passports must be valid for six (6) months beyond the date of travel. Some countries require that your passport contain a certain number of blank pages. A visa is required to travel to certain countries. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate immunizations to travel. Please refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website for immunization requirements for the country(ies) you will visit on this trip.
For Full Package reservations, all seats are in Economy Class. Please contact Overton Travel at the time of booking if you would like to upgrade your seat.
Seats are assigned by the airlines. If you would like a specific seat, contact the airline directly after you receive your travel document to request a specific seat. Also note, that some airlines do not assign seats in advance for group bookings, and seats will be assigned at the airport upon check-in.
