DAY 2 - Friday, October 4 - Arrive in Casablanca & Travel to Rabat

Arrive in Casablanca and transfer to your hotel in Rabat where you have the rest of the day at leisure to explore the capital city of Morocco.

DAY 3 - Saturday, October 5 - Casablanca - Rabat

Visit of the economic capital of Morocco: the central market, the Habous district, the Royal palace, the Mohammed V square, the residential area of Anfa and the outside of the Hassan II mosque.

To the northeast of Casablanca lies Rabat. We will head here after lunch.  This coastal city is the second largest metropolis in Morocco.  Take part in a city tour including the Royal palace (Mechouar), the Kasbah Oudaya, the Mohammed V mausoleum and the Hassan Tower.

DAY 4 - Sunday, October 6 - Travel to Fez

Departure to Meknes, the medieval capital of Morocco. Tour El Hdim Square, the old doors of Bab Lakhmiss, the beautiful horseshoe arches of Bab Mansour, the royal stables at Heri es Souani, and the mausoleum of Moulay Ishmail, one of the greatest figures in Moroccan history.

After lunch, continue to the Roman city of Volubilis, an ancient Roman city. Visit the ruins of grand homes and temples, antiquities that withstood the looting of Moroccan rulers whose slaves hauled away stones for the construction of Meknes. Next, onwards to Fez, Morocco's cultural and intellectual center.

DAY 5 - Monday, October 7 - Full Day in Fez

The whole day is devoted to the sightseeing of Fez. Visit of the medieval Medina and its Attarine and Bou Inania Medersas, the Nejjarine fountain and Karaouine mosque.  Afternoon, visit of new Fez.  Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 6 - Tuesday, October 8 - Sightseeing en route to Marrakesh

Set out for Marrakech today and drive through the Berber village of Immouzer Kandar and the city of Ifrane, whose cottages and ski station earned it the nickname ''the Moroccan Switzerland.''

After lunch, enjoy a moment of relaxation in Beni Mellal, one of the agricultural centers of the kingdom. Arrival in Marrakesh in the late afternoon. Check in. Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 7 - Wednesday, October 9 - Marrakesh

The entire day will be devoted to the visit of Marrakesh, the second oldest Imperial city, known as the Pearl of the South. The city was founded by the Almoravides at the end of the 11th century. The historical sightseeing includes the Menara gardens, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia palace and the Koutoubia Minaret.

Lunch at the hotel.  This afternoon, visit of the souks and handicraft quarters, displaying a variety of items and the famous Djemaa El Fna Square in the heart of the city where bursts of incredible spontaneous entertainment are commonplace.
